UnitCheck is pre-launch. This page explains, in plain English, how we handle personal data on our marketing site, unitcheck.pro. It is a summary rather than a contract; we will publish a full policy at launch, and we would rather you review the specifics with us than assume.

What we collect

• Early-access details — if you request access or talk to the site assistant, we keep the name, work email, company, segment and fleet size you provide, along with the messages you send.
• Basic analytics — anonymised usage and interaction data, so we can see what is useful and fix what is not.

Why we collect it

To contact you about UnitCheck early access and to improve the site. That is the only use. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

The UnitCheck team, and the service providers that run the site on our behalf — our hosting provider (Vercel), our analytics provider (Microsoft Clarity), and the AI provider that powers the site assistant. They process the data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access details until launch and for a reasonable period after, so we can follow up. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time.

Email hello@unitcheck.pro to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, and we will respond promptly.
